Mission Ready positions themselves as NZ’s first Tech Career Accelerator. They wanted their brand to reflect a modern, unique, cutting-edge yet social and warm brand that embodies both the world of tech and education experience. However, this was not reflected in their website and collateral. Their candidates had been pretty straight-up in letting Mission Ready know that they could do better with the way their brand looks and feels online.
Creating an identity and website for Mission Ready that reflected the core values of the team and excited potential candidates was essential for Mission Ready to stay ahead as NZ’s first Tech Career Accelerator.
We've been supporting Mission Ready with digital marketing since the launch of the new brand to great effect. We've been on a mission with their social media marketing across Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. We've also been driving traffic towards the website and measuring the results. We've used a range of custom goals, conversion rates, behaviour data and landing pages to result in a 243% increase in leads generated in less than a year.
