The New Zealand Union of Students Associations (NZUSA) is the national peak body representing tertiary students. Obvious has worked alongside NZUSA across an active retainer and on the Debt Free Futures campaign — a national advocacy moment that surfaced the question of student debt as a systemic policy issue.
The Engagement
The Debt Free Futures campaign included a full identity, comprehensive asset pack, and the supporting collateral required to take a student-led advocacy moment to a national audience and a parliamentary stakeholder set. The work sits alongside our long-running engagement with the Tertiary Education Union — the staff-side counterpart in the same sector — and gives Obvious a clear position as the creative partner of choice for tertiary advocacy in New Zealand.
